Symbiose

Symbiose combines a restaurant facing the Chartrons quays with a cocktail bar set behind it. Chef Félix Clerc's kitchen offers a changing selection of plates for dinner, with the option of accompanying them with wine or cocktails developed by the bar team.

The restaurant describes its cooking as modern and based on local produce. Its dining space is brighter and more open to the quays, with a terrace in suitable weather; the bar uses stone, wood and steel in a more intimate setting. The current official schedule is evening-focused, with restaurant service from Tuesday to Saturday. A five-course tasting menu is advertised for Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Booking through the website begins as a request and requires confirmation from the restaurant. The cocktail bar has its own opening hours, so a drinks visit and a dinner reservation should be planned separately.
