Soléna

Soléna is chef Victor Ostronzec's restaurant on rue Chauffour, a little away from Bordeaux's busiest central streets. The Michelin Guide lists it with one star. Its official presentation describes menus that follow the available seasonal produce and reflect the kitchen's evolving ideas.
