Sefed is an Ethiopian restaurant on boulevard Louis Blanc, between the Corum and the Louis Blanc area. Its menu centres on injera and dishes designed for sharing, with both meat and plant-based routes through the meal.

The official menu lists shiro, a chickpea preparation, at €12, and misser, a red-lentil stew, at €14. Meat dishes include doro wat and awaze-seasoned chicken or beef. A vegetable assortment is available for one or two people, making it easy to build a shared meal without requiring everyone to choose meat.
