The Les Agitateurs team's Bonaparte neo-bistro, where French cooking meets international influences and plates are made to share.
Pirouette is the neo-bistro created by Samuel Victori and Juliette Busetto, a short distance from Les Agitateurs on rue Bonaparte. It is a separate restaurant, with its own menu and booking link, so it deserves to be chosen on its own terms.
The owners describe a seasonal kitchen that combines French classics with influences from elsewhere. Sharing is central to the format. Gault&Millau's 2026 review independently identifies the restaurant and illustrates the approach with dishes drawing on both French bistro cooking and more international combinations.
This is a relevant option for a port-neighbourhood dinner when you want a restaurant-led meal with the flexibility of choosing several plates. The menu changes, and dishes visible in reviews may no longer be available. Use the current menu or ask the team about the size of portions and the way a meal is organised.
Pirouette's French and English official pages disagree on dinner sitting times and on Monday lunch. For that reason, precise opening hours are left to the reservation calendar. The restaurant also advertises a terrace: request an outdoor table directly if that is part of your plan, rather than assuming a general reservation includes it.

BRA score not calculated: insufficient verified source coverage.
Snapshot consulted on 2026-10-15
BRA-1.0 combines verified public ratings: Google 50%, TheFork 30%, Tripadvisor 20%. Ratings are converted to a ten-point scale and weights are renormalised over eligible sources. At least two platforms are required, each with at least 30 reviews and a combined total of 100 reviews. The result is rounded to one decimal place, with halves rounded up.
Review totals are platform counts, not necessarily unique people. Different source coverage limits comparisons between restaurants. This score does not represent a visit by our team or an award. Historical editorial ratings remain separate.
