Pastis sits on rue Terral, a short walk from Sainte-Anne. Daniel Lutrand’s cooking follows market availability, and the restaurant deliberately presents discovery menus instead of a long list of fixed dishes. This makes it an address for diners who enjoy handing the choice of courses to the kitchen.

There is a useful distinction between lunch and dinner. The €38 lunch pairs a starter with a main, or a main with dessert, from Tuesday to Friday outside public holidays. A four-course lunch costs €55. The €83 evening menu is served to the whole table; the published wine pairing adds €55.
