Maison Nouvelle is Philippe Etchebest's restaurant on rue Rode in the Chartrons. The setting is a stone house near the neighbourhood's market square, with an intimate dining-room format. The restaurant serves a surprise tasting menu built around produce from Aquitaine. There is no à la carte option.
