La Réserve Rimbaud offers a different setting from the compact streets of the Écusson: an old house beside the Lez, with a terrace overlooking the river. Charles Fontès’s cooking draws on the produce of Occitanie, and the restaurant publishes four- and six-course menu formats.
The wine programme gives particular space to regional producers alongside bottles from elsewhere in France. For a meal centred on Languedoc produce and wine, this is one of the selection’s most directly relevant addresses. Request the terrace specifically if it is central to your plans; its availability depends on the service and weather.
The official practical-information page lists service Monday to Friday, with arrival windows of noon to 1 pm and 7.30 to 8.30 pm. It is therefore not a default weekend option.
