Culina Hortus makes vegetables the centre of a structured restaurant meal, rather than treating them as an alternative to a meat menu. At 38 rue de l’Arbre Sec, chef Nathan Clairon leads a kitchen focused on vegetarian fine dining. The setting combines exposed stone and vaults with materials such as wood and concrete.
The restaurant offers a lunch menu at €45 and a dinner menu at €75 on its official website. Everyone at the table is asked to choose the same menu, which is worth discussing before booking with a group. The vegetarian approach can include eggs and dairy; it should not be assumed to provide a fully vegan meal without an arrangement with the kitchen.
Service is listed from Tuesday to Saturday at lunch and dinner. Declare allergies when reserving, and look out for the booking confirmation email: submitting a request alone is not the same as holding a confirmed table. Menus follow the kitchen’s current produce and ideas, so individual dishes seen in older photographs may no longer be served.
