A modern Écusson bistro with several menu lengths and vegetarian versions of selected menus.
Cédric Sangenito opened Le Bistro Urbain in the Écusson in 2015. The official site identifies local suppliers and sets out a range of menu formats, making it particularly easy to compare a shorter lunch with a more extended meal.
The two-course €31 menu is served at lunch Wednesday to Friday. Other listed formats cost €40, €51 and €63; the €40 and €51 menus also have vegetarian versions. Michelin describes an inventive approach that includes Japanese barbecue techniques and fermentation, without replacing the restaurant’s grounding in French cooking.
Regular lunch service runs Wednesday to Saturday, with dinner Tuesday to Saturday. July and August have a separate dinner schedule. Declare allergies or intolerances when reserving, as the restaurant requests. Prices were checked on 15 October 2026; optional wine pairings and cheese are additional.
