Les Funambules gives a reason to leave the cathedral streets for rue Geiler. Guillaume Besson works alongside Claire Andreux on seasonal cooking with Asian influences. The contemporary dining room features black-and-white photographs that echo the restaurant’s tightrope-walker name.
