Facing Palais Rohan, Le 1741 builds the meal around a surprise menu. Chef Jérémy Page works with seasonal arrivals rather than a fixed list of dishes. The house has several dining spaces, from a ground-floor room to a more private upstairs setting, while an open kitchen offers another perspective on the service.
The French menu checked on 2 November lists a three-course lunch at €55 from Wednesday to Friday, excluding the Christmas-market period. Longer menus of seven to eleven courses cost €143–178 before drinks. Alcohol-free pairings are available alongside wine. The English official page shows different prices, so this profile uses the current French menu in both languages.
Tell the restaurant about allergies or intolerances before booking: adaptations depend on the menu. Lunch and dinner are listed from Wednesday to Saturday. Confirm the format and any dietary needs directly with the team.
